Entertaining

I love having visitors, having parties and entertaining. In fact, it's one of the reasons I chose Aspen as a place to live. I'm sure there are other places that are (almost) as beautiful, but they probably don't have the same opportunities and activities. Like this weekend there's a Mac and Cheese festival – and it's on my street, just a few blocks down – and it's FREE!  There are also lots of other fun events, not to mention the "just being here" entertainment in and of itself. 

This weekend I'm having friends come and visit – and I'm SO excited! Thrilled to show them my new home, happy to open my home to their warmth and conversation, looking forward to being their guide. 

Even if you've lived somewhere forever, being a tour guide helps you see your home anew. It might even get you out and mabye you'll discover something new!
